Yes these earbuds just stick inside ans comfortable. I usually couldn’t wear or keep any of them before and had other products as apple and JBL and just wasn’t this good

I have had no trouble with them staying in my ear. I have to get them placed right, but once there, they are just fine and do not fall out.

Yes, you just need to put the right combo of inserts on them. The come with 3 different size inner ear plugs and 3 different size exterior fittings. I can run with mine no problem at all.
