Anonymous is correct, products are given to reviewer‘s in a Best Buy program called tech insiders. Reviewers try them out and leave their review

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.These have been out for years. They're excellent quality Bose sound! Last for over 4 or 5 hours and then charge back up in like 20 minutes. This is first gen that actually went out and was covered due to the warranty I purchased over a year after and the free upgrade is the second picture!
