How are these headphones for running? null

Once you get the right eat seal and ring in your ear you can do everything and the ear buds wont move. Theyre so comfortable

My earbuds fit pretty snug.they are small enough to stay in. I wear them when exercising. Bose does make a sports version but I don’t know much about them
