One year but poor policy after that. I knew they had problems with the Sleepbuds I and waited for the II. Charging case broke just past warranty meaning the functioning earbuds are worthless. No way to buy a case or have it repaired. Bose's "special offer" after I entered my serial number was for me to buy a refurbished Sleepbuds II at a higher cost than the normal refurb cost. Yuk. I'm a bose fan and was about to buy two speakers but there is enough other competition in most categories. I own eight other bose devices but taking a break.
