The sleep buds work really well at drowning out unwanted noise. Very comfortable. But do remember that they only play sounds and not music. I use for tendinitis and for my snoring wife. All I can say is they work.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If. you like continuous noises like white noise or rain, then these would probably work for you. You can only use the sounds provided by Bose but they do a decent job of masking sound. For the cost though, I think you would probably benefit more from a pair of sound canceling headphones and an app that provides the same type of sleep sounds.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, they are not very good at noise canceling
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For me they’re better than the cheap foam drugstore earplugs that you squeeze and expand in your ear - at least for covering snoring. I’d imagine it would also help for other undesirable noise like footfalls/stomping. I’ve used them for reading before bed, but I probably wouldn’t recommend for an all workday situation. I prefer music while working and these are limited to Bose’s library of white noise-like sounds. Think fans, waterfalls, winter storm, waves crashing on the beach - that sort of thing. They do not play any music/audio that is not in their library. Other noise canceling headphones would be better for use during the day, since these are more specific for sleeping.
