The Sleepbuds II is way better. The Sleepbuds II are flatter and more oval-shaped, making them even more comfortable inside your ears. Probably due to the better fitment, passive noise isolation has been significantly improved. Also, when you rub your head on the pillow while lying sideways, there is no more rubbing noise. The charging mechanism has also been improved. The charging pins and the magnet are no longer on the same row but separated into two, making it easier and faster to position the Sleepbuds correctly when putting them into the charging case. Due to the redesign, I don't think the magnet is going to eventually fall out like they did with the original Sleepbuds.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think they are improved. The shape fit better in my ear and there was less noise from the sleepbuds sliding on the pillowcase or turning my head. I also think the sound technology has improved with the sounds available on the Bose Sleep app. I saw improved sleep results in both the time it took me to fall asleep and the quality of my sleep.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I didn't own the originals however I read they had notoriously poor battery life. These are supposed to be better/longer lasting. I've only had them a week so long-range I can't say, but so far battery life has been very good.
