This would entirely depend on the setup used, and how you are connected in these instanced.
If your TV is connected to more than 1 audio device (e.g Soundbar through a cable, and headphones through Bluetooth) then there are usually settings within the TV so select which audio device(s) you would like to have playing, meaning that you can select this to play from either one or both devices.
If you are using a splitter cable to connect to both the Soundbar and headset, then without a splitter switch this would attempt to play to both devices at the same time.
We would advise testing this in your specific setup circumstances, as this is the best way to confirm that this functionality works as you intend!
