Questioncan speaker be hooked up to a tv using a cable?I would like to use the speaker for better sound from my tv in addition to using it as a bluetooth speaker with my tablet.

- Answer Hi Chris, The SoundLink Color speaker has a 3.5mm analog AUX input on the rear, to hard-wire an external device for audio playback. If your TV has a headphone or red and white RCA style output, you should certainly be able to connect it to this system. Thanks for your question.

QuestionCan you leave this plugged in?I'm curious if I could leave this plugged in like a bookshelf stereo and still use it? I've been looking for something to use in my shop and to rely on the battery is not something I'd like to do. I'd like to be able to listen to it non stop

- Answer I leave mine plugged in around the house without any issues so far... last forever it seems however off the power source as well. I would think like any rechargeable product it is best to let it run down every so often not to shorten battery memory and/or life.

QuestionHow does this compare to the Soundlink Mini?I am debating whether to buy this Soundlink Color or the Soundlink Mini. I have seen mixed reviews comparing the two but I have not seen a definite answer. Which one is better?

- Answer Thank you for your question. The design and performance are slightly different between the two speakers. The SoundLInk Color is offered in a variety of colors and offers a great value, while the SoundLink Mini is more of an elegant design and provides a more of a full range sound. - Answer Only one SoundLink speaker can be used with a particular phone or device via Bluetooth at any given time. There is no ability to play back from more than one speaker at once. Individual SoundLink Color speakers play in stereo. They do not have any option to select for Left/Right/Mono playback. Thank you.

QuestionHow good is the sound quality when not plugged in?Is there a big difference on how loud the speaker is when it is plugged in and when it is not? A lot of speakers when not plugged in are less powerful. Is this the case with this speaker too?

- Answer I use this speaker with my galaxy s5 all the time. It works great. I also have connected a galaxy tab 2, an elipses 8 and whatever my wife's new Android is. All of these work great without any issues.

QuestionFlashing battery lightDoes the battery light flash constantly when it is charging?

- Answer We're glad you checked. The color of the LED will flash yellow until the battery reaches 100%. Once at 100% the LED will turn solid green and the system will stop charging. Once the system is disconnected from AC power the green LED will extinguish.

- Answer This can be charged over USB. So if you can provide a 5V output that can supply 2A, then I guess you can charge it.
