“Can this speaker connect to the radio in vehicles equipped with Bluetooth?”

I'm afraid you have it backwards. All Bluetooth in cars is setup to act as a receiver in order to work with phones acting as transmitters. The car audio system cannot transmit audio outside itself. Since the Bose speaker is also a receiver, there is nothing it can do with a car system.

99% sure the answer is no, Bluetooth in cars is for connecting sound sources, phones, mp3\ipod players, tablets and such, the radio in your car should already be connected to the speakers in your car.

Not sure. If your vehicle has Bluetooth, I would assume it would be discoverable.
