QuestionIs there anyway to disable the auto-shut off feature?The soundlink mini auto-shuts off after 30 minutes if not used. I keep this device docked / fully charged and use it for my home entertainment system, because it has unbeatable sound quality. Annoyed that I have to turn on the player every time I want to use it...Totals to 400+ times every year (est. 1+ times a day*365 days)

- Answer Hi John, Thanks for your question. The system will turn off after 30 minutes of inactivity (no audio or button presses) and It is not possible to deactivate the auto-off feature. We will certainly pass along your feedback. Thank you.

- Answer I don't think you can buy the battery. They, (Bose,) will do out of warranty that includes the battery replacement for a flat $75 and you pay shipping 1 way, domestic in the US.

QuestionWhy are the Aux, Mute and Bluetooth Lights blinking white when connected to AC and not charging?The device was working fine, then stopped. I've charged it 12 hours, still won't turn on. Tried the Mute reset option, get the 3 blinking indicators and then nothing. The only response I get is when I plug it into AC power, the 3 lights go on and then turn off, and I hear static. What is going on!? Firmware update also tried, device isn't detected (aux button does nothing when pressed)

- Answer I think it is just spoilt. I would take it back to BestBuy for a full refund or store credit if I were you. Mine was spoilt in the way that the playback started playing by itself if I leave the power on! Hence, quality isn't really too great.

- Answer Bose does not release the specs for their speakers or headphones so your guess is as good as anyone else's.
