I suggest not purchasing the charging cradle, it is poorly designed and isn't worth the money. Just use the cable and power supply that came with your speaker and plug them directly to your speaker.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can charge the speaker without the cradle. The cradle makes it very easy to pick up, go and just set it back on the cradle to recharge. We use it while it's on the charger as well, but if we move outside or another room I just pick it up and go without any cords. Hope this helps.

I just wish the cradle comes from the speaker package like what they did to soundlink mini 2. Its really sad for me that i need to buy the cradle seperately. And to think the revolve plus is $299 so that they need to have the cradle in the package. Im really happy with the revolve plus.
