I had a pair of Powerbeats 2 wireless earbuds for a week before returning them. They went back to the store as they just would not stay in my ears despite having the over-the-ear hook. The sound quality of the two are pretty comparable. Both are bass heavy but the Bose have a better sound stage. Instruments can play in the very far left or right of your ears instead of sounding like they are playing in the center of your head. It's something that nice over-the-ear, full sized headphones can do but not very many earbuds. I also preferred the level of highs in the Bose as they didn't sound too harsh. The Beats have more of an accented V-shaped sound signature in that the lows and highs are boosted but the mids taken down. The Bose have a similar sound signature but their highs aren't as harsh and the mids come through a bit more. I would hold off on buying any Beats product though. They have all been on sale recently indicating that Beats (actually Apple) is going to update them soon to newer models. You can either go with the Bose now or wait a bit (closer to the end of the year) and see what Beats does. Personally though, Bose has always made better earbuds than Beats. I h ave always preferred their SoundSport wired earbuds compared to the Beats Tour earbuds.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been waiting a long time for these wireless Airbuds and I have spent a lot of time in Best Buy comparing Airbuds waiting impatiently until Bose released theirs.. And I can tell you that NBA is wrong! NFL is right... Bose all the way. So that said.... I highly recommend buying nothing other then Bose... Trust me I have been buying Bose since 1989 and nothing has ever compared and I was very poor back in the day.... but it has always been worth the greenbacks! One last thought I was pleasantly surprised at the price of these Earbuds. Thanks for your consideration, Bob the #1 Bose fan until I die.... My coffin will have Bose surround sound....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Bose have a very definite clarity and smooth sound in all ranges of music. The Bose quality stands on its own compared to Beats. That is one of the reasons Bose took so long to get them on the market. Superior over Beats.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.BOSE trumps Beats when it comes to sound quality. Beats are just cosmetics.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sound quality is 10x better, I will never go back to Beats. Bose also tells you how much battery % you have left every time you turn them on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dr. Beats is NO Match to Bose, when you're buying Beats basically your money is going into the pockets of the Celebs. It's all advertising ! Bose is 10x times better than Beats
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The sound is exceptional. I have owned the wireless beats and just bought the Bose. The Beats are no comparison in sound, comfort, or overall.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes i have had both and I can say without a doubt that the bose audio is much better and more clear, beats have more bass.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought both for Father's Day. I noticed the Beats were louder during my bike rides and the Bose were cutting out and the left ear piece on the Bose was quieter than the right ear piece. I checked the settings on the iPhone and it wasn't the phone causing the issue. I love Bose, Everything in my house is Bose but they should have done more testing prior to bringing these on the market. I ended up returning the Bose and keeping the Powerbeats 2 Wireless.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Beats have more bass these ones sound a lot better and have appropriate amount of bass.
