• Manufacturer warranties are usually 1 year only from date of purchase. These warranties are limited in that they will only cover manufacturer defects, and nothing else (i.e. speaker stops working for no reason, mic stops working for no reason etc.) ANY accidental damage is completely on you, unless you buy a Geek Squad protection plan that has accidental damage protection.

• I think Bose has a 1 year warranty. you would have to ship it to them and deal with it that way. I think Best Buy has a 15 or 30 day return policy, follow up on the FAQs.
