Hello, Jas. We're sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty with your SoundTouch 300 soundbar. This sounds like your system may be having some trouble connecting to your home Wi-Fi network. We would recommend first trying these steps: 1. Power off your ST300 and unplug the power cable for one minute before reconnecting. 2. Unplug your Wi-Fi router and also wait about 1 minute before reconnecting to power. 3. Force-close the SoundTouch app on your device. 4. Open the app and reconnect the system to your Wi-Fi network.
