I would recommend simply adjusting your audio devices equalizer. If this is your phone it can easily be done in settings. The preset equalizers will basically apply “filters” that increase and decrease different frequencies and are tuned to specific genres of music. I often use the Rock, Hip Hop, and Latin EQ’s on my iPhone and also the Loudness preset if I’m listening to metal really loud on my bluetooth speaker. Hehe. Hope that helps!

First, we'd recommend a power reset of the speaker. 1. Plug the SoundWear into a USB power supply via USB cord and wait 5 seconds. This can be the USB power supply from your phone. 2. Unplug the USB cord from the headset and wait 1 minute. 3. Test the audio after powering on the speaker. Second, we'd suggest clearing the Bluetooth pairing list - 1. On the speaker, press and hold the Bluetooth® button for ten seconds, until you hear “Bluetooth device list cleared” 2. On your mobile device, delete the speaker from the Bluetooth menu.
