A:AnswerVolume is dependent on the surround sound channel volume for the movie and/or tv show you're watching. You can increase the volume via the Bose app for the Soundbar they are connected too. When listening to music they will be closely matched to the Soundbar.
A:AnswerThis will depend on which main system the Surround Speakers are connected to. You will need to connect them to e.g. a compatible Bose soundbar. If the soundbar supports Bluetooth, you can then use Bluetooth to stream your iTunes playlists to your Bose system.
A:AnswerThis will depend on whether the store has sold the product to a customer before. Please retain your proof of purchase, in case a warranty claim should be required.
A:AnswerIt is not possible to connect the Surround Speakers to a computer. They can only be connected wirelessly to a Bose soundbar.
