I’ve read online that people reset everything and then wrap the 700 bookshelf speakers in a microfiber towel then run ADAPTIQ. The towels cause it to play quieter making them get louder in the set up. So when you’re done running ADAPTIQ remove the microfiber towel and it should be significantly louder. I would also recommend disconnecting the subwoofer during the ADAPTIQ process as it turns the bass down to far for my taste. I plug it back in after ADAPTIQ but you can also just turn up the bass later in the app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes I did pair them with the app, I have them turned up to 100 and still very little sound for the money, I do have an extra large living room and the geek squad rep said that maybe they are not designed for my space, I would have thought that they would have been great for this
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.did you pair them in the app to your boss 900 soundbar? they should be working. You can raise the volume in the app to test it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the 900 sound bar, 700 sub woofer, and the 700surround speakers! I am surprised that the problem is still unresolved after Geek Squad intervention. I had some problem getting sound out of one of the speakers...but was quickly able to trace it to the wire not being plugged in the back properly...I will sometimes still lose sound if the wire does not make contact properly in the back. Also, make sure that the sound source you are listening to has surround sound capability...not all programming do.. Finally, I would either call Bose directly to see if they can help or try switching out these speakers for a new one and see if that helps.. Hope this helps...
