- Answer Hi Ralph, Thank you for the question. No, the UB-20 Series II Wall/Ceiling Brackets cannot be used with the Companion 2 speakers. These speakers were not engineered to be wall-mounted. Instead, they are meant to be used on a tabletop or desktop. We hope this helps!

- Answer I'm not sure which bracket the 151s have but I found that I didn't really need to change the whole bracket to adapt my new speakers. I only used the lower half. I later learned that the Bose store will sell only the lower half, which is probably cheaper than buying the whole bracket. These mounting brackets are only one per package.

QuestionBought LS535 to replace old LS30SII. Old system has 5 dual cubes on Bose ceiling mounts - bracket screws into back of each speaker. New speakers have slide arrangement on the back. Pics on Bose website for UB20-II look like they wont work. Help.

QuestionStill asking about a ceiling mount...Thanks for the Bose support answer about using these brackets on a ceiling mount. Please let me clarify...the ceiling is a vaulted ceiling application at about a 50-55% angle, and the picture and name/description seem to imply that a ceiling mount with the speakers aimed at an angle (vs. straight down) is entirely possible....is this true ? Should I be able to use these on the vaulted part of the ceiling and angle my speakers downward ? Also, the pre-wired application I mentioned is regular 2 wire speaker wire (not the supplied wires with the little connector on one end, and the RCA jacks on the other)...given my 2 wires, will I really NOT NEED the AC-2 adapters to get the proper connector onto the end of my "bare wires" ? Thanks again...FRD
