• My Bose wave radio/cd seems to need an adjustment to the drive mechanism. It accepts a cd reluctantly, and gives disc error messag when I try to eject. Can you repair, and how much.

• Mine does the exact same thing! I bought one, it had this same issue so I returned it and brought home the new one - which still skips on every CD brand new or old. So STILL, even with the second unit, having problems. Did you find someone who could fix it??

• Found new Bose wave radio CD player in garage. Unit is at least 20 years old. Cdplayer tries to move but stops. Then shows cd fault. It will hum and than stop. From reading about cd it sounds like not enough power to spin. Maybe needs pot adjustments. I don’t know. Unit was in original box and never opened.

• The answer to this question should be no. Even though the website tells you that the Geek Squad will repair Bose products, i.e. the CD player, They do not. No one buys those CD players anymore, so they can't be bothered. Parts may not be available, etc. This website still tells you repairs are possible, but they are not! Feb. 2021.
