QuestionBose soundtouch IV I can not toggle to Bluetooth, the remote is stuck on AUX. Nothing is plugged into AUX.

- Answer Did you download the wifi set up to the system? I had the same issue but once that I dif the set up with the computer , problem solved! Go to http://www.bose.com/wifisetup.

QuestionI have a Bose Wave Touch and just purchased a Echo Show. Can I ask Echo Show to play (any song, etc.) and have it play through my Bose Wave Touch?

- Answer Hello, DW. Thank you for your question! You can connect the Echo Show to the Wave SoundTouch speaker, and ask Alexa to play music. The music will play through the Wave. The initial setup would take place in the Amazon Alexa app. If you have the Wave SoundTouch Music System IV, this version can connect to the Echo using Bluetooth. For the original Wave SoundTouch, you can connect the Echo with a 3.5 mm audio cable. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at 1-800-367-4008 for further assistance. - Answer The answer is NO. I just had Geek Squad out to my house with no success. Ends up that the Bose system only work if you download music to your computer first. I returned the additional speaker I bought because I would be left with over 3000 CDs I could not play through the system. I just wish the salesperson had told me that when I bought it. The store did return my money and Geek Squad let me have my money back as well.

- Answer Hi, that's a great question. the Wave Music System IV will work with the Echo dot only. It will work with an Aux cable. Other Echo devices don't have a 3.5mm audio connection. If you use a BlueTooth adapter you will need to make sure it doesn't auto-off after a certain amount of time. Have a great day!

- Answer Hi Dotty, That's a great question! In order to play from your MP3 player to your Wave Music System IV, You would need to run a 3.5mm cable into the Aux in on the radio from your MP3 player. QuestionWill the sound be ok if I put it in a cabinet (without doors in front of it) , or do I need to put it on top of a cabinet?

- Answer I'd put it on top of the cabinet. There is curvature to the speakers and I think the sound would be dulled if sitting in the cabinet shielded by the cabinet's sides.
