A:AnswerYes, i got free installation and good service. I had to return 4 times because the stereo would quit working. Everytime they replaced the unit. After the fourth time i asked if they could rewire to another power source because i couldn't believe i was getting that many bad units. They rewired after replacing the stereo again and so far haven't looked back.
