Not at all. It's laminate on wood with a cloth grill that won't protect against the elements whatsoever, plus the cone is made of paper. Moisture would absolutely destroy this subwoofer, plus the back plate amp isn't protected from the elements and would short out as well from a mild rain...B&W offers the AM-1 speakers however which put out really great bass if you're wanting a B&W product for the outdoors. Otherwise there are dedicated outdoor subwoofers.
