Don't listen to the other commenter - it's wild that B&W are straight-up lying. They both have 30-hour battery, 24-bit processing, and the exact same DSP (the TUNING is slightly different on the S2e, taking inspiration from the Px8, but it's the same hardware), and they both have 40mm drivers, and six microphones. Literally every word Bowers and Wilkins said in the other answer was lying out their teeth. The only differences are really just colors, and a better tuning, so critical listeners might notice a better sound on the S2e.
