QuestionIs it really not possible to use our Netflix accounts (for example) *without* JRNY subscription? So the screen is basically useless unless we pay for it? I don't want to pay a fee year after year and that would prevent me from buying. Thanks

- Answer Yes - that is a huge drawback to this treadmill. If you don't pay the monthly fee the screen doesn't work. Also, you can only use the pre-loaded apps. So if, for example, you have a YouTube TV subscription, you can't add that app. You can only use the apps that come pre-loaded on the system.

QuestionMy treadmill just stopped working today after over a month purchased. I got a message in the screen saying that there is an uknown error. How I can get support? Thanks

- Answer Hi Jorge. I'm probably late to this answer, but mine did the same today after 21 days. The console is bad. This is apparently a common issue with the treadmill 22. Bowflex doesn't return emails, I have only been able to reach them by phone, after hours of wait. It takes a month or more to get the replacement console from Bowflex. And right now, Best Buy has limited stock (nothing near me) so I can't replace the treadmill.

- Answer If it remains unavailable in your area, I'd consider it a lucky escape. If it arrives incomplete or damaged, or if it ever needs repair, the customer service and technical support is completely non-existent.

- Answer Yes, all of the above. The only downside is that you have limited options if you only keep the trial/free version. If you pay for the membership it gives you more options (and better options). Even without the membership, this treadmill is pretty Great!
