Read my review size your phone first take your phone out adjust it two more clicks and then slide your phone back in it'll work
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Adhesive or the suction cup itself? Make sure you remove the plastic film, clean the surface with an alcohol pad and let fry thoroughly. Stick the mount where you want it and push down on the lock. Have had no problem with mine, if yours is defective I’d suggest an exchange.

Make sure both the dash and the rubber suction cup on the mount are rinsed with water, in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. If this doesn't help, it is possible that your dash is not compatible with suction mounts based on its texture.
