QuestionCan the charger be turned off with the motorized holding function still working. I leave my phone on a similar charger/holder for 8-10hrs a day and have had trouble with heat?

QuestionI have had the product for 3 months now and it worked great. Now it keeps opening and closing automatically. If I have a phone there, the phone will fall off on car turns or accelerations. Is there a reset button to fix this issue or is it defective?

I have not yet heard of a mount on the market which is able to charge your device without the constant use of a cable plugged in, unfortunately. QuestionI purchased in store three days ago and have been using it correctly per instructions. Just yesterday when I tried to go use it the arms would not open up. I have checked all power outlets, tried different cords, but it still lights up blue. What do I do?

- Answer If the blue light comes on than the product is powered and should work correctly. When you push either of the 2 button below the expandable arms, what happens? Did you also expand the feet at the bottom of the cradle that holds the phone? At any point were the automatically expanding arms manually squeezed shut to the closed position, possible misaligning the internal gears? Feel free to contact us at [email protected].

- Answer Hi Jenn, thanks for your feedback on the PwrUp Qi Automatic mount. I'm sorry you had some trouble with the arms on the mount. The arms have a sensing technology that will automatically clamp the arms onto your device. There are no buttons required, just rest your device into the mount and they close automatically.
