• No! You can charge the Clippers at it's station without the solution. Use alcohol to clean it and clipper oil to wipe over the blade when cleaning your clippers.

• You can use the cord that comes with the cleaning system to charge your device.. just pack the charger, and do not forget to pack the razor.
