No it doesn’t. However, For a better shaving experience, I recommend to use with it and any electric shaver is Lectric Shave. It helps to get a closer shave and smells good. Plus it’s isopropyl alcohol based so it dries 30seconds after application and it makes the hair stand up to easily shave. No need to dry or wash you face after. Closest shave I’ve ever gotten with an electric shaver and the Braun Series 7 is the best shaver I’ve tried. (And I tried many) I read a lot of reviews and forums because I have sensitive skin and everyone recommended this shaver and the Lectric Shave.
