I believe after you've logged into your account at Best Buy online, and put an item or items in your cart, you go to checkout and it asks if you want to redeem points or a certificate towards a purchase. If you can't find that when you log on, I would recommend clicking on the CHAT NOW when it pops up. They can usually direct you to the appropriate steps to take to resolve your issue. Good Luck!

If not then go to a best buy store they can look up youre account and see if you have any applicable rewards. I just bought the braun waterflex myself and used some rewards i had saved up.

Please try again later.When I purchase products online using reward certificates I need to first obtain the certificate(s) in the denomination(s) needed from Best Buy Reward Zone https://www-ssl.bestbuy.com/profile/c/rwz/overview , then when you check out it gives an option to enter the certificate number.
