• You don’t have to but I would. It taste weird with the peel.

• I actually threw in a whole prewashed medium sized lemon (unpeeled) on the low setting and it worked fantastic. I mixed the lemon in with carrots, broccoli, ginger, romaine leafs, and spinach. It balanced out the sweetness of the carrots. Enjoy!

• Yes, with precautions the Breville® BJE430 Juice Fountain® Cold can process oranges with their peels. However the peels will be rather harsh on the blades and will, along with the pith, clog the mesh filter basket very quickly. The flavor of both will greatly change that of the orange juice being extracted. All of these reasons are why this is not recommended.
