yes, I use them at work ( as there is no mess with grounds) with the single server porta filter ( I forgot if it is single or double wall) The trick is to run water through an empty portafilter to heat it up and remove cold water in the system, then load an ESE pod in the portafilter, turn on the machine. Let the first few drops of water escape and once the output turns a coffee color, insert your cup.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m assuming your talking about nespresso or other brand pods. No you cannot use any pre packaged coffee pod. It takes ground coffee that you can grind your self or buy. Espresso roasts work best as it is ground fine and has right oil content.
