• Yes. Depends on size of potato. I cook 45-60 minutes -- the same time as larger oven.

• Yes, the Breville® BOV450 Smart Oven® Mini can bake potatoes very well. The time it might take to cook them is dependent upon the size of the potatoes and the temperature being used for baking.

• I use the roast option. I like crispy skin so that cranks up the heat (preheats), cover the potatoes with olive oil and pierce it and roasts cooks it for @50 mins. I put potatoes in as it's pre-heating but you may not like the results (I do) because it's pretty soft and somewhat overcooked. Try it both ways.
