QuestionI'm hoping someone will help me with this question....does the 18" depth include the cord at the back? I want to put this microwave in an appliance garage - which means it will be closed behind doors. My maximum depth is 18 inches. Thank you!

- Answer I’m not sure. I would guess either it might conduct heat or because of noise? I wonder if the directions for their convection oven has the same warning? I recommend calling their customer service and asking.

- Answer No. I believe they have only two models and both are counter-models. I love mine. It is stylish and effective. Both were important to me when looking to purchase a new microwave. If you are trying to keep the microwave off the counter you might consider an open shelf system within your cabinets. I have had over the range microwaves also but find the space between the range and microwave limited so if I have an option in my next kitchen I will be putting a stand alone in an open cabinet or will consider a drawer style.
