i can do anything in this oven that i would do in a full size oven,subject only to size limitations.

Keep an eye on the first batch as it may cook faster or slower than your current oven since oven temperatures can vary.

I am looking into buying this product, so I read the reviews and Q&A. A lot of people were asking about recipes to use with it and I found them on the company website. check them out.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes to all. And I think it’s as good or better than most ovens. It size is perfect, it’s fast and it is consistent. It’s like having an additional oven in the kitchen. I wasn’t surprised as I own several other Breville products with great success.
