Yes to all your questions. You can creat a scene for the sunset to sunrise automation, motion can be used as a trigger for turning on this light or trigger a scene, and you can set increments of 5mins for the light to automatically turn off if it doesnt detect motion. Additionally level of motion can be tailored as well. You need at least 1 brilliant hub for it to work, as it connects to the hub directly.
