QuestionI have read the software (brother iPrint/Scan) caters more to a windows environment vs MacOS. Are there limitations or features missing from the Mac version I should be aware of? That would be a deal breaker for me, having just bought it.

- Answer The Brother ADS1700W machine has a micro USB port that can use either a Micro USB 3.0 Cable or a Micro USB 2.0 Cable. We recommend it no longer than 6ft.

- Answer The Brother ADS1700W machine is able to scan to your mobile device using Brother Iprint&Scan app. Please note that the scanner and the mobile device needs to be connected to the Wifi in order to communicate each other. The Brother Iprint&Scan application is available for free at Apple App Store or Android Play Store.

- Answer i don't know, I never got it to work with my computer via either internet connection or wireless! I think it's supposed to and it lets you put in the wireless info, but then it doesn't communicate!!!
