Dry. It's a laser printer. Very dry powdered toner.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a laser MFC. It uses laser toner which has zero liquid i.e.water soluble inks. Toner is an extremely fine powder. The cartridges, of which there are 2 different capacities will yield higher numbers of printed pages than inkjet (water soluble) cartridges. The toner is only black, no color for this MFC. There are other MFC devices by this and other vendors that require 4 different color toner cartridges which increases the cost of consumables and produces color printed pages.
