Q: QuestionIs this wireless printer compatible with 5G service. My cable provider just installed a new router and modem. My existing printer cannot connect, due to 2.4G no longer being available. Thank you.

• A:Answer The Brother HLL2305W will only connect to the 2.4 GHz wireless band. The Brother machine will not see or connect to the 5 GHz band of your router.
