• Go to support.brother.com/mac (or /pc if that is what you have) and download the latest drivers and firmware. I just purchased the printer and it required a firmware update. Note that you will need to the serial number from the sticker on the back of the printer in order to install the new firmware. If these updates do not work I would recommend calling Brother support.
