• If the machine is in Deep Sleep Mode for a certain length of time, based on your model and settings, the machine will go into Power Off Mode automatically. The machine doesn't go into Power Off Mode when connected to a network. • Item 2 Page 7 of the owners manual addresses that issue. However, why would you want to shut it off? It goes into sleep mode and draws minimal power. Then when you send a print job it wakes up prints your request and then goes back into sleep mode. • Hold the on/off button down for 3-5 seconds. It will turn it off. I just did it with mine and it turned it off.
