- Answer Printer comes with a toner cartridge. Not sure about the compatibility, it uses the brother iscan app (Google play) to print over WiFi once set up so you can just open the doc in that app and print remotely.

- Answer Yes. It pretty much works with any computers, tablet and mobile devices. Via WIFI connection. Or you can connect with usb cable. I’m using it with MacBook pro, Surface pro, Chrome pixel slate and iPhone.

- Answer Yes it comes with ink. I also bought extra just in case. If you run a business or are in school definitely get an extra ink cartridge!

QuestionMy printer stopped printing. I hadn't used it for awhile. The display indicates "deep sleep." If I press the green horizontal bar, the best I can do is to get the display to read "sleep." What can I do to get it to print again. Thank you.

- Answer Turn it off or disconnect it from the power. Wait a minute or so and reconnect/turn on. Problem should be gone. If not get in touch w/ Brother's Tech support.

- Answer You don’t need a CD, but it does come with one. You can go online and download the software that way too. Instructions are included in the instruction book but you can also just google it and find the download instructions.

QuestionJust purchased HL2370DW. Printer keeps printing multiple pages of prior request, paper won't feed through bottom tray, only top tray.

- Answer Mine also has problem with the bottom tray; after I loaded the paper, it kept saying "empty" and could not feed; I had to pull it out and push it in 20-30 times before it starts working. Not sure where it got stuck.
