• I printed our organizations registration cards on 110lb card stock with no problems!

• Yes it will print on card stock, but when the paper come out it has a slight curve to it, But it will flatten if you just set a book on it for a moment.

• Most probably it will using the rear-entry manual feed path, but this cannot be guaranteed unless tested with the actual stock. I'd suggest your visiting a local store with suitable paper to try it on the showroom floor to see for yourself, or visiting the Brother website and requesting technical assistance/pre-sales support
