Yes, you can. You have to select how you want to submit your documents (ex. One page into one file or multiple pages into one file). Then, you'll need to feed one page at a time upside down into the glass. Press ok and wait for the beep to let you know your page is done, open the top and feed another page, and click Continue. That will tell the printer that you are not done feeding your documents. I submitted 7 pages and they were grouped into one file. I sent it to my e-mail and it worked very well. I hope this helped.

This particular machine doesn't have a document feeder, so scanning multiple pages to a singe document is probably not going to work unless you have software that allows manual addition of scans to a document. It can be done after the scanning is done with various software packages that can edit PDFs, but if you want simple, one-step, multi-page documents, I'd get one of the machines with a document feeder.
