• Yes. As a matter of fact, the Brother MCF-J47ODW printer recommends using LC101 and/or LC103 ink cartridges. The difference between them are quantity of pages you can print 300 vs. 600 with XL; and CL stands for "color" ink.

The complete compatibility list is on the Brother webpage: https://www.brother-usa.com/products/lc103bk One tip: Do not remove the empty cartridge until you have the replacement and are able to swap them immediately. If you remove an inkjet print cartridge without promptly replacing it, the printing head of the printer can dry out and suffer permanent damage.
