QuestionIf any of the ink cartridges run out, can you still print? And/or if a color cartridge runs out, can you still print in black? Thanks!

- Answer Yes - I have recently printed for an additional month after the "low ink" indicator came up (this is a personal printer, tho, not a business one)! Now I have changed out just the yellow, and am STILL printing!! And yes, if all the colors go out, you can still print in black.

- Answer It will print photos. In my experience the inks just are not as vivid as the original image.

- Answer It doesn't print automatically, you have to check the box on the print screen to that says "Two-sided" under options in the print screen.

QuestionCan I fax using VOIP phone connection?Fax machines operate on land line.. What is required to fax using cable company's VOIP phone? Cable co directs me to printer manufacturer and vise versa. Do I need a separate modem to convert?

- Answer Yes. I am using that same service. You may have to set the transmission rate at the slower setting for that to work depending on the service you use. The manual will explain how tondo that. It is one click, and easy to do

QuestionAs someone who doesn't print on a weekly basis, will I run into a lot of trouble having to clean print heads every time?

- Answer no you don't have to print on a weekly basis. all you have to do is remember to turn the printer off and on a few times a week. each time the printer turns on it goes through a mini cleaning. This will keep the print head from drying out so you don't have to do a regular cleaning as much. just remember if you do a regular cleaning it uses a lot of ink, and never do it more than 2-3 times in a row. So just remember to turn it off and on a few times a week and it will be just fine. hope this helps

- Answer With the touch panel stowed and paper tray inside - 11.5-12 inches deep Touch panel out and tray inside - 13.5 inches Panel out, tray out - 17.5 inches Hope it helps - all measures front to back

- Answer Yes. Assuming you're using Word or Excel, go to Printer properties, then click on the Advanced tab, then choose grayscale. When printing from the internet, your browser should give you the choice of printing color or black and white.

- Answer I had the same problem on set up. I discovered the paper I had loaded in the tray was not pushed all the way toward the front of the printer and haven't had a problem since.
