Yes but make sure the place you buy it from allows returns/exchanges in case the cartridge is rejected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been using off-brand ink and toner for years with NO problems, on Brother and HP printers (both inkjet and laser). The image quality tends to be not QUITE as good, but I am not sending my prints/copies to Buckingham Palace. I have used several different brands of ink and toner over the years, but in the last several years I have been using exclusively EZink, ordered via Amazon. It is a VERY reliable and inexpensive brand, and the quality of the prints and copies is very close to using OEM ink and toner, but for a fraction of the cost.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Technically you can. Like pretty much every printer manufacturer, they recommend that you do not do this. In some cases they state that this will invalidate the warranty. However, I've always used third-party inks on my printers as the cost is so much cheaper and quality from a reputable supplier has been good for me. If the printer costs ~$100 you can make huge savings over 1-2 years use on third-party inks. And if it does invalidate the warranty, you run the risk of having to replace the machine, but you will likely find you've saved as much on the cheaper inks to justify a new purchase. I'm not recommending it, but I certainly do it myself.
