• Yes, the Brother MFC-L3770CDW has duplex scanning.

• Yes it does when you scan the paper through the top feed you can also choose to print on both sides and it does a great job. We use it at my work to make double sided copies and it prints the first side, sucks the paper back in and then prints on the other side. Pretty neat machine.
