“I have a HL-L2340DW, does it have and color cartridges? Im trying to print a color photo and it keeps coming out black and white”

• No. This printer only prints in black. You will need a different Brother Printer to print in color. A color printer will likely have four (4) or more cartridges if it is printing in CMYK color and at least three (3) if it is printing in RGB color.

• Your user manual will designate if you printer is monochrome (black only printing). The website Brother.com will also provide the information.
