Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My discs from Best Buy work great. I have never purchased a movie (DVD or BluRay) and experienced what you are talking about. It's pretty hard to mess up a movie disc. My guess is that it's either your DVD player, your TV, or perhaps the cables between them. I had some quality issues once and it was because of a bad HDMI cable between my DVD player and TV. Have you tried playing the movie with a different DVD player or TV? Try swapping out your cables, or at least check that they are plugged in all the way and making a good connection.
