yes to jet dry soap weird, If you use pods you have to place it in the flatware basket I sometimes use gel and have not had an issue but they said liquid . The dispenser is very awkwardly placed. I thought this was a cool appliance but I have had it 4 months and totally regret it. The racks are hard to use the bottom drawer can't handle oversized plates , bowls fall over and glasses are an ongoing puzzle. Think long and hard before purchasing. I miss my wonderful Maytag.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can’t find a dish detergent that actually works well with the cafe dish washer. I also have the double drawer machine and I hate it. It does a terrible job cleaning your dishes. The racks are positioned terribly and make it impossible to really fit much. It’s insanely overpriced for what you get. Very expensive mistake.
